Hope Harbour is a non-clinical wellbeing and support service.
We do not provide counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.
We work within clear professional boundaries, with confidentiality, safeguarding, dignity, and safety at the centre of everything we do.
